With a holistic approach, our coaches combine expertise in stress management, mindfulness, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and behavior change to support you in building resilience, finding balance, and creating lasting improvements in your health and mental wellbeing.

Will what I share be kept private?Yes. There is strict confidentiality. We adhere to the NBHWC Code of Ethics around HIPPA guidelines. We have created a safe and secure space for you to share and process what you need to.

How is this different from counseling or therapy?Working with a health and wellness coach is forward-focused, centered on where you are now and where you want to go. In contrast, counseling or therapy often explores the past to process deeper emotional experiences, such as trauma or long-standing mental health challenges. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy but can be a powerful complement for those looking to build resilience and improve everyday mental wellness.

What does a stress & wellbeing coaching session cost?Sessions are $65 for a 30-minute appointment, conducted video (zoom). No insurance.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?We understand that life happens! However, to respect our teams’ time and make sure we can accommodate all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation/Reschedule: For same-day bookings we do not provide cancellations. You may reschedule to another date if we are given a 4-hour notice. We allow one reschedule per appointment booked. For sessions scheduled days or weeks in advance, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your session. No-Show: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting our teams’ time!
